We became aware of the situation with the fax server and scan to email issues yesterday and began to work on the problem. We are continuing to work on the issue at the current time. Please note that all faxes and scans are in queue and will be sent once we are able to resolve this issue. The server is slowly sending some messages as we speak, but is not sending most.

We appreciate your patience and will post another update as additional information becomes available.

The fax server/scan to email issues have been resolved. All scans/faxes since the issue began have been delivered. If you have any further trouble, please let us know.
